Researching innovative approaches to the strategic management of sustainable development of territorial communities under decentralisation conditions is relevant because management practices must be adapted to new challenges, including the consequences of the pandemic and military actions, low institutional capacity, financial constraints, and the need to address sustainable development issues at the local level. Decentralisation requires local governments to have effective management strategies that will enhance public participation and stimulate the socio-economic development of regions. The research aims to determine innovative approaches to the strategic management of sustainable development of territorial communities in Ukraine and to study the effectiveness of the community management system under decentralisation conditions. An integral approach was applied during the research, within which the method of expert evaluations determined the level of effectiveness of the territorial community management system, and a correlation analysis was carried out with subsequent interpretation of the results using a correlation analysis matrix.

Дослідження інноваційних підходів до стратегічного управління сталим розвитком територіальних громад в умовах децентралізації є актуальним, оскільки управлінські практики повинні бути адаптовані до нових викликів, включаючи наслідки пандемії та військових дій, низький інституційний потенціал, фінансові обмеження та необхідність вирішення питань сталого розвитку на місцевому рівні. Децентралізація вимагає від місцевих органів влади ефективних стратегій управління, які посилять участь громадськості та стимулюватимуть соціально-економічний розвиток регіонів. Дослідження має на меті визначити інноваційні підходи до стратегічного управління сталим розвитком територіальних громад в Україні та вивчити ефективність системи управління громадами в умовах децентралізації. Під час дослідження було застосовано інтегральний підхід, в рамках якого методом експертних оцінок було визначено рівень ефективності системи управління територіальною громадою, а також проведено кореляційний аналіз з подальшою інтерпретацією результатів за допомогою матриці кореляційного аналізу.
