Minimization of digital risks in the state's economic security

The purpose of the study is to substantiate strategies for minimizing digital risks in the Ukrainian banking system. To this end, the study identified the risks associated with the digital transformation of the banking system, analyzed their impact on the digital security of the state, and developed strategic measures to minimize the impact of the risks of digitalization of the banking system. This allowed us to formulate recommendations for minimizing risks to ensure the stability of the banking system in particular and the state as a whole. The article generalizes models for analyzing the impact of digital risks on the activities of banks. A matrix of digital risks is formed. The main factors in developing a digital risk management strategy are identified. Critical aspects in the process of minimizing digital risks are identified. The main approaches to reducing the impact of digital transformation risks on the banking sector of Ukraine are identified. The novelty of the study is the development of strategies for minimizing the risks of digitalization of the Ukrainian banking system, and mechanisms for reducing cyber threats, taking into account the specifics of the banking sector of Ukraine, are proposed. The practical significance of the obtained results is the implementation of the studied solutions in the activities of banking institutions to ensure the stability and security of the banking system in Ukraine in the context of digitalization. The results of the study can be used by banking institutions to improve cybersecurity and reduce the risks associated with the digitalization of the economy.
