Метою статті є визначення ефективних інструментів управління підприємством з урахуванням впровадження сучасних моделей його економічного розвитку. Проаналізована наукова література дозволила систематизувати сучасні моделі економічного розвитку підприємства на основні поєднання теоретичних підходів та концепцій менеджменту та практики господарювання підприємств у сучасних умовах. Виявлені напрямки досліджень вказаних моделей. Ці напрями ґрунтуються на концепціях сталого промислового розвитку, технологічних змін, макроекономічної динаміки, кумулятивного зростання, реконструкції економіки, бар'єрів інноваційної сфери, мобілізації ресурсів, розвитку продуктивних сил, економіко-статистичного моделювання, розвитку механізмів самоорганізації. Запропоновано до впровадження моделі економічного розвитку з урахуванням різних факторів: модель економічного розвитку через процеси змін, модель оцінки економічного розвитку на основі системи показників, модель впливу кризових ситуацій, модель реінжинірингу, еволюційна модель, модель внутрішньофірмового управління, модель системного підходу, підприємницька модель, агентська модель, модель виживання, модель інтеграції, модель планування розвитку підприємства. Доведено актуальність впровадження сучасних моделей економічного розвитку підприємств із метою ліквідації технологічного відставання України від розвинених країн Європи. Запропоновано подальші дослідження щодо визначення найефективніших моделей економічного розвитку для конкретних підприємств у реальних економічних умовах їх діяльності.

The aim of the article is to determine effective tools for enterprise management, taking into account the introduction of modern models of its economic development. The analyzed scientific literature allowed to systematize modern models of economic development of the enterprise on the basic combination of theoretical approaches and concepts of management and practice of management of the enterprises in modern conditions. The directions of researches of the specified models are revealed. These areas are based on the concepts of sustainable industrial development, technological change, macroeconomic dynamics, cumulative growth, economic reconstruction, barriers to innovation, resource mobilization, development of productive forces, economic and statistical modeling, development of self-organization mechanisms. It is proposed to implement the model of economic development taking into account various factors: model of economic development through change processes, model of economic development assessment based on system of indicators, crisis impact model, reengineering model, evolutionary model, internal management model, system approach model, business model, agency model, survival model, integration model, enterprise development planning model. The urgency of introduction of modern models of economic development of enterprises for the purpose of elimination of technological lag of Ukraine from the developed countries of Europe is proved. Further research is proposed to determine the most effective models of economic development for specific enterprises in the real economic conditions of their activities.
